WW2 British Sherman Firefly Tank "8th Armoured Brigade"
Mounting a British QF 17-pounder (76.2 mm) gun instead of the typical American 75mm M3 Gun. The Firefly was a more potent and harder hitting tank destroyer capable of frontally pentrating German Tiger and Panther tanks. It also featured around 90mm of frontal armour.
The Sherman Firefly entered service in 1944 with around 2000 being produced with the various British modifications. This particular Sherman Firefly served in the British 8th Armoured Brigade known as the "Red Foxes" who saw extensive operation action acorss Netherlands and Belgium.
