The ultra reliable 3rd generation Russian T-90 tank along with its numerous modernisation is the most advanced tank fielded by the Russian Armed Forces in large numbers.
It features an impressive array of offensive and defensive features. The T-90 uses a a powerful 125mm 2A46 Smoothbore gun fully modulated with thermal and night vision. Additionally the tank is protected by the latest Kontakt-5 explosive-reactive armour and composite armour to give it complete protection against a wide range of enemy projectiles
There are currently 3000+ T-90s worldwide with its most recent combat deployment taking part in Syria.
