WW2 German Panzer III Ausf. J Medium Tank
The Panzerkampfwagen III was a medium tank design developed by the German army in the 1930s. It was primary intended to fight other armoured vehicles. Over 5700 Panzer III were built and they saw continued service till the end of WW2.
This Panzerkampfwagen III Ausf.J was the most prolifically built until 1942. It features an upgraded L60 50mm gun which dramatically improved the firepower of this tank against Soviet T-34 tanks. Additionally the all round armour of the tank increased from 30mm in earlier models to 50mm all round armour in the Ausf.J
