WW2 Japanese Type 89 I-Go Medium Tank

Designed in 1928 and fielded by 1932 the Japanese Type 89 I-Go was an effective armoured tank for the missions it was intially tasked with.  Widely used in Manchuraia China during the Second Sino-Japanese Wars it provided adequate infantry support and was able to destroy pillboxs and light fortifications errected by the Chinese with its 57mm Type 90 gun. 

In total over 400 of these units were built although their effectivess diminshed grealty come 1940 and onwards.
