WW2 German Jagdpanzer 38[t] "Hetzer" Tank Destroyer

In the final phase of World War II, the German High Command developed several tank destroyers utilizing the chassis of mostly outdated tanks. The Hetzer was created by fitting a 7.5 cm Pak 39 L/48 anti-tank gun onto the Panzer 38(t) chassis. Its design incorporated sloped armor and a low profile, enhancing its defensive effectiveness.

 More than 2,800 units of this tank destroyer were manufactured in total.
