The Egyptian (IFVL) was an ambition conversion of the M113 APC into a more powerful IFV. This involved placing the turret of the M2 bradely on modified M113 chasis.
The aim was to provide more fire power by using the M2 bradelys 25 mm M242 bushmaster chain gun aswell as a two tube TOW-2 launcher whilst maintaining the manueravilibity and troop capacity the M113 had.
Despite intial promise the Egyptian (IFVL) never made it into production.
