Russian Armed Forces BTR-82A Armoured Personnel Carrier

The BTR-82A is a step up from the Soviet BTR-80. With increased armour, spall liners, and a powerful 300 hp engine, it also boasts a state-of-the-art TKN-4GA-02 night vision device, a 30mm remote controlled gun, and GLONASS navigation system.

It entered service in 2010 and has seen extensive combat operations in both Syria and currently in Ukraine.
