The Saint-Chamond was a French heavy tank from World War I weighing about 23 tons, crewed by 8–9 men, and armed with a powerful 75 mm gun plus multiple machine guns. It had up to 17 mm of armour, a 90 hp petrol engine, and could reach around 12 km/h on roads. In total around 400 were produced.
