PLA HQ-17A "SHORAD" System

The HQ-17A is a Short Ranged Air Defence (SHORAD) system intended to tackle modern air threats such as ballistic missiles, loitering munitions/UAVs and smaller rockets that longer range air defence systems inefficiently deal with.
It entered service in 2019 and is technically an improved reverse engineered Russian Tor M1. The radar of the HQ-17A allows it track and engage targets up to 15km away with a max altitude of 10km. This SHORAD system can vertically fire 16 missiles with a HE-Frag warheads.
