The WW2 Soviet 203 mm M1931 (B-4) was a heavy howitzer designed for destroying fortifications and other hardened targets. It had a 203 mm (8-inch) barrel, weighed about 17.7 tonnes in firing position, fired roughly 100 kg HE shells at up to 18 km.
