US Army AH-64D Apache Attack Helicopter

First emtering service in the late 1980s with the US army the Apache helicopter is capable or providing excellent ground and fire support to land based units in a timely manner. 

The AH-64D Apache Longbow is capable of reaching speeds of 300km/h and is equipped with a 30 mm M230 Chain Gun and four hardpoints for a composition mix of Hydra 70 mm unguided rockets or AGM-114 Hellfire variants, and even ATA Stinger missiles.
