WW2 US Army M16 Mgmc
Also known as the "Meat Chopper" or the M16 half-track the M16 Mutiple Gun Motor Carriage was extremely effective at dealing with low flying aircraft, light armoured vehicles and infantry positions.
It consisted of 4 heavy barrel M2 Browning machine guns on a M45 quad mount. It entered service in 1944 and immediately saw action in the Italian campaigns as well as operation overlord across in France.
During the Korean war the M16 Half-track was mostly used in a infantry support role as it become more absolute against more advanced fighter jets.
Over 3000 M16 MGMCs were built and exported to almost a dozen countries
