The Su-27P1M is a modernisation of their Soviet inherited Su-27Ps. It features improvements on the radar, communciation and navigation equipment of the fighter. This was done in order to allow the Su-27 to meet NATO standards.
This particular fighter "58 Blue" belongs to the 831st Tactical Aviation Brigade. It features a loadout of x4 R-73 short range AA missiles, x2 R-27 medium range AA missiles and a medially located Anti-Ship Cruise Missile (ASM)
