Russian Air Force Ka-52 "Alligator" Attack Helicopter

Entering service in early 2011 the Ka-52 "Alligator" is a next generation Closer Air Support (CAS) platform. More over the Ka-52 contains a powerful radar along with a  Day-and-night TV/thermal sighting system around the cockpit and nose which gives it excellent ISR capabilities. 

Its powered by x2 TV3-117VMA turboshafts in a counter clockwise composition.  It also posses x6 hardpoints which gives the capability to carry rocket pods, Igla AA missiles and upto 12 Vikhr (AT-9 Spiral) AT missiles.
