Chinese Navy Commandos undergo years of intense physical, mental and ideological training in order to reach peak human levels.

Chinese Navy commandos have the special purpose of guarding both military and merchant vessels of the People Republic of China. Special missions include insuring merchant vessels travelling though the gulf of Oman are protected from the ever present threat of Pirates in the region.

Chinese Navy Commandos are often also tasked with the role of evacuating VIPs and Chinese nationals from ports. This was widely demonstrated in 2015 when they assisted in evacuating 100s of Chinese nationals from the Yemen's port of Aden.
