PLA WZ-551 Medic APC

First introduced in 1986 by the Chinese military the WZ-551 or Type 92 APC as its commonly referred to was developed to suit the needs of the PLAs mechanised infantry. 

The type 92 Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) is equipped with a 12.7mm heavy machine gun and armour profile capable of withstanding 12.7mm incoming projectiles. It also features the Nuclear, biological and Chemical (NBC) protection suite as well as an advanced fire suppression system.

This variant Type 92 has been converted into a front line medical APC and features key first aid equipment.
